Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of minor works and damage repair projects. This includes managing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and developing solutions to minimize disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of minor works and damage repair projects

  • Coordinate defect solutions and Compensable Intervening Event works

  • Develop project documentation and liaise with stakeholders to minimise disruption

Strategic Asset Management

You will conduct asset condition audits and maintain CMMS data accuracy. This will involve working closely with internal teams, including Facilities Managers, Finance, HSSEQ, Sustainability, and Asset Management. You will also develop lifecycle planning and proactive asset strategies to support operational excellence.

System & Workflow Expertise

You will act as a site expert in Concept Evolution and related systems. This includes optimizing workflows, providing training, and troubleshooting support. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with existing processes and systems.

HSSEQ & Compliance

You will ensure compliance with HSSE, infection control, and hospital protocols. This includes reviewing subcontractor documentation and conducting safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.

Financial & Contractual

You will support budgeting, invoicing, and cost recovery documentation. This includes preparing quotes and change notices in line with FM contract obligations.

Procurement & Tender Support

You will lead procurement activities for minor and major capital works. This includes preparing tender documentation and participating in evaluations to ensure value-for-money outcomes.

Subcontractor Management

You will oversee subcontractor performance and audit for quality, safety, and cost effectiveness. This ensures that subcontractors meet the required standards and deliver high-quality work.

Client Experience

You will represent the team in client meetings and briefings. This includes preparing reports and proactively resolving client issues to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in a Project Officer and/or Administrator role

  • Experience in PPP or healthcare infrastructure (Preferred)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience with CMMS and asset management software (Preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project & Excel highly regarded)

  • Current Police Check and compliance with Vaccine Preventable Disease Protocol

  • Working with Children Check
