We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Scania Australia. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our valued customers receive outstanding service.

What you will do

As a Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service
  • Assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and communicating with the workshop as required
  • Explaining the service process and setting customer expectations on timeline and collection
  • Keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicle and communicating with the customer if there are any delays or additional services required
  • Ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive

Who you are

  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You will have great telephone skills, with the ability to assist customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • You will be able to prioritize your work and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • You will have experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry, with a preference for those with experience in a heavy vehicle workshop
