Job Overview
">We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Sydney CBD. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for selling modernization and BEX products to major customers within a competitive environment.
Main Responsibilities

- Generate sales leads from industry indicators, reports, tenders, personal research, and customer networks.">
- Determine client requirements and design parameters to configure Otis products/solutions and develop future modernisation projects.">
- Develop and implement a strategy to maximize opportunities in the modernisation market.">
- Conduct negotiations with clients, requesting support when necessary to secure orders.">
- Interact with senior management to develop sales strategies and value propositions, managing sales through established processes.">
- Maintain knowledge of industry information to competently deal with building owners and their agents.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.">
- Proven track record of developing and selling large, complex solutions.">
- Experience in sales within the Lift or Engineering industry is preferred.">
- Sound knowledge of technology, including mobile applications and computer-based reporting systems.">
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good time management, attention to detail, and results-driven.">
