We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of an exciting project in Melbourne.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated enhancement projects in a well-structured and mature environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Application Whitelisting (AWL) and platform management for McAfee/Trellix solutions, including ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and Endpoint Security (ENS).

Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining robust application whitelisting policies, managing endpoint security infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with organizational security requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • McAfee/Trellix Application Control (AWL), Endpoint Security (ENS), and ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
  • Large-scale application whitelisting policies, including exception handling and trust list creation
  • ePO server environments, including database management and policy deployment
  • Endpoint hardening techniques, malware prevention, and advanced threat detection
  • Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and application execution behaviors
  • API integrations for ePO and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Vulnerability and patch management tools
  • Security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, and NIST
  • Integrating McAfee/Trellix solutions with SIEM tools like Splunk or QRadar
