Urban Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-profile urban planning projects, including metropolitan and regional council precinct and centre planning.

The role involves working on complex projects, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to lead own workload and time.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong background in urban planning, along with experience in both government and consultancy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex planning projects, including metropolitan and regional council precinct and centre planning, structure planning, and local planning scheme work.
  • Collaborate with key leads across various markets to provide advice on land use and development capabilities.
  • Manage project scope and costings through our project management systems.
  • Provide expert advice on planning and development matters to clients.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated statutory and strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead own workload and time.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite (preferably).
