
Plant Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant or Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing Caterpillar equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Inspect, maintain, and repair a range of CAT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled team of technicians to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Diagnostics and Problem-Solving: Utilize your mechanical expertise to diagnose and repair complex problems with CAT equipment.
- Certification and Training: Possess a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Equipment Familiarity: Have extensive experience working with Caterpillar equipment.
- OEM Expertise: Preference given to candidates with OEM experience.
- Diagnostic Skills: Demonstrate excellent diagnostic and repair skills for CAT equipment.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
