Leadership Opportunity for Concrete Operations Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Melbourne-based concrete plants. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and fostering a culture of excellence.

This senior leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the concrete plants, including management, safety, operational, and financial activities. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and will be accountable for making strategic decisions that impact overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational efficiency and productivity through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of daily activities.
  • Built strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive oversight and support for all department activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and reduce waste.
  • Promote a culture of safety among plant personnel, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor plant personnel, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
