Job Title:

A prominent role in our organization is available for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the operation of a concrete plant.

Job Description:

This position involves managing a small, close-knit team and fostering an organizational culture of integrity and pride in strong customer service. Key responsibilities include leading by example, delivering important short and long-term improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage a team of Concrete Agitator Drivers (company & Lorry Owner Drivers)
  • Coordinate plant maintenance and perform basic maintenance
  • Batch and dispatch concrete
  • Manage stocks of raw materials
Responsibilities:
  1. Taking phone orders from customers
  2. Scheduling and allocating jobs
  3. Providing supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers
  4. Ensuring safety, health, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a supervisor position in the construction materials industry. Additionally, you should possess a strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A forklift and front-end loader license is also required.
