Job Title: Patient Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess patient admissions to identify opportunities for chargeable services
  2. Engage with patients to promote private health insurance and collect relevant billing information
  3. Coordinate with Medicare, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely collection of payments
