We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, managing, and monitoring their team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high production, productivity, and customer-service standards are maintained. They will also be expected to adhere to daily procedures for opening and closing the restaurant, implement company policies and procedures, and handle guest feedback.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff members
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Implementing company policies and procedures
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, profit and loss, and working in line with company objectives and KPI's
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

The salary for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 per year. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for maintaining a high service standard while observing our company culture and values.

You will also receive on-the-job training within each department and further training in management to ensure complete knowledge of the restaurant operations.
