Job Title: Registered Midwife

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide continuity of care to women throughout their pregnancy, during birth, and in the early weeks at home with a new baby. They will coordinate, assess, plan, and implement care for women covering the spectrum of midwifery care from antenatal to intrapartum and for up to 6 weeks postnatal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working within the home environment
  • Partnering with women and the multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting service development and data collection

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 1-year Postgraduate experience in a Midwifery environment
  • Recent experience working in antenatal care, birth suites, and post-natal settings

They will also possess a demonstrated ability to role model the Mater values and evidence of continuing educational and professional development.
