In this role, you will:Provide advanced clinical, problem-solving and planning skills to deliver safe, high-quality, women-centred care.Work autonomously and collaboratively across all areas of maternity care, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal services.Support clinical leadership by mentoring and supervising staff, and contributing to education and professional development.Actively participate in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance initiatives to strengthen maternity services.About you:We Are Looking For a Proactive And Adaptable Midwife Who Demonstrates Clinical Expertise, Leadership, And a Commitment To Woman-centred Care.
