Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training and Assessment Professional to join our team. As a Trainer Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our workforce with the knowledge and skills required to safely and effectively operate equipment and perform critical tasks.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials that support a safe and productive work environment. Collaborating with operational teams, you will drive continuous improvement by executing training programs that upskill our people and ensure ongoing competence across the site.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience operating heavy mining equipment in a production environment, proficiency in excavators, dozers, and loaders, and prior experience in an on-the-job training or line trainer role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and review fit-for-purpose training programs and materials for site personnel operating within the autonomous zone.
  • Provide optimization training on the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) to drive consistent and productive operational outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to training methods and materials to enhance the effectiveness of AHS training programs.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience delivering training programs and conducting assessments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Confident in using learning management systems to support training delivery and competency management.
