The RoleThe Assessment Officer acts as the first point of contact for clients requiring information about State nomination and Regional Certifying Body advice for the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (provisional) visa.
The position takes a case management approach, being responsible for the clients' needs from first contact to the issuing of an assessment outcome, referral to licensing and regulatory bodies and processing of applications using the Migration Services CRM.
The Assessment Officer provides information to prospective migrants, employers and agents enquiring about skilled migration programs.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in delivering high quality customer service and administration or data entry skills. Experience in processing or assessing applications would be advantageous.
