Job Opportunity: Transport Training and Assessment Specialist
Key aspects of the job include:
• Delivering quality competency-based training and assessment services to employees.
• Ensuring all employees have the right skill set and attitude to maintain and enhance our reputation as a leader in refrigerated logistics in WA.
• Developing and delivering training programs across the business, including Fleet and MHE Verification of Competencies (VoC) documentation.
• Conducting training gap analysis of operators across the business.
• Maintaining and updating employee training records and training plans on skills matrix.
Requirements for success in this role include:
• Unrestricted HR, HC or MC WA licence.
• At least 5 years MC driving experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing - TAE 40116 or equivalent desirable.
• Previous experience in a Trainer Role within the logistic industry.
• Understanding of the Australian Training Guidelines.
• Reliability with high attendance record.
• Full working rights in Australia.
