Customer Experience Strategist

The Australian pharmaceutical industry is a leading distributor and fastest growing health and beauty retailer. As a part of Wesfarmers business, this company operates under the parent umbrella of several prominent brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a customer-centric mindset across the API team.
- Develop and implement a Voice of Customer (VOC) strategy, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive key performance indicators forward.
- Promote VOC data, reports, and tools throughout the organization.
- Establish a VOC program that aligns with the strategy and focuses conversations on the customer's needs.
- Lead forums and dashboards for customer and partner experiences.

Education/Experience:

- Hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Research, Design, Psychology, Service Design, Experience Design or a related field.
