We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to design and implement innovative solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system for all retail operations, including ERP and POS.
  • Ensure seamless integration between software and hardware in retail store environments.
  • Pivot technology strategies to align with business goals and future growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate new D365 features or tools that could enhance retail systems.
  • Guide development teams to adhere to sound architecture and technical standards.
  • Analyze current systems and suggest improvements.
  • Guarantee D365 systems comply with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and security best practices.
  • Aid in planning and supporting backup and recovery strategies for D365 systems.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • Leadership experience in architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects is advantageous.
  • A pragmatic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration (desirable).
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of D365 platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
