As our Participants Insights Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our participant and provider experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting valuable insights from diverse stakeholders through Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
- Supporting the Performance and Experience Manager in designing and implementing programs that capture meaningful feedback
- Managing the VoC platform for seamless user experience
- Championing accessibility and inclusivity across the organization
Requirements:
- Prior working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years' experience or project team management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to assess and action customer insights and data for continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
