We are seeking passionate professionals to improve the lifestyles of individuals with disabilities, upholding their human rights and promoting empowerment.

In this role, you will provide daily support to people with disabilities, offering opportunities for them to develop and maintain a valued lifestyle. You will also provide personal care and assistance, engage clients in recreational and social activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily living
  • Provide personal care and assistance
  • Engage clients in leisure and social activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • A relevant qualification in disability services
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance
  • Current Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification
  • Victorian Working With Children's Check for employment purposes
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 Infection Control Training
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
