Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers to access and engage with their communities, promoting social inclusion and connection.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of customers.
- Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays, with a high level of availability.
- Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn software programs.
