Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote growth and well-being
- Provide daily support and assistance to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, and community centers
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Contribute to a strength-based, non-punitive, therapeutic model of care that prioritizes safety and empowerment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
- Ability to obtain a paid NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement
- Complete a National Criminal History Check (paid by Kirinari)
- Ability to pass ACA Probity checking
- Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs
- Smart Phone
- Current Driver's Licence
