**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a supportive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality, resident-focused care, utilizing a person-centred approach.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of carers and nurses, demonstrating our core values and leading by example.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement effective care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

**Requirements**

  • Current AHPRA Division 1 registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong clinical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A current Police check and full vaccination status.
