Production Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising frontline operators in the production of high-quality dairy products.

About Our Dairy Products

We produce only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. Our products are available in Australia as well as international markets.

Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and staffed by experienced professionals who share our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise frontline operators in the production process
  • Perform pre-start machine checks and maintain a safe working environment
  • Conduct in-process quality control checks and perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Oversee a small team of operators

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leading hand position
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry within a cleanroom environment
  • Batchmaking experience and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
