Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legislative and regulatory rules are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process full function high volume payroll using Chris21 and Success Factors.
- Maintain accurate employee Masterfile records.
- Process new starters, transfers, employee terminations, and variations to employment conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory rules.
- Respond to payroll related queries from employees, management, and external agencies.
- 2+ years payroll experience in a high volume environment.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and processes.
