Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legislative and regulatory rules are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process full function high volume payroll using Chris21 and Success Factors.
  • Maintain accurate employee Masterfile records.
  • Process new starters, transfers, employee terminations, and variations to employment conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory rules.
  • Respond to payroll related queries from employees, management, and external agencies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years payroll experience in a high volume environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll legislation and processes.
