Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly payroll for employees nationwide
  • Preparing month-end reports
  • Preparing annual tax returns
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and staff
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Additional accounting duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • ADP or Micropay experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Experience in developing processes and procedures to ensure payroll runs smoothly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, methodical and comfortable working to fortnightly and monthly deadlines
