Housing Team Leader

The Tenancy Program Manager will provide strong leadership across a portfolio of housing teams.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll oversee tenancy services and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
You'll play a key role in managing escalated matters, including representation at VCAT, while promoting collaboration, accountability and service excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Proven leadership experience in housing, tenancy or property management environments
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and VCAT representation experience
- Ability to develop and empower team leaders to drive performance
- High levels of resilience, adaptability and trauma-informed practice commitment
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Ability to develop and mentor leaders
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Key performance indicators include:
- Servicing tenancy portfolios efficiently
