Job Title:

House Leader and Educator

The House Leader and Educator will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong sense of community within their designated house.

  • This includes overseeing the daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to promote student well-being, academic success, and social responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, and demonstrate a commitment to Catholic Education.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to Catholic Education and its values.
