We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our front of house team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing front of house team, focusing on excellent customer service and teamwork.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers have a positive experience, from the moment they walk in until they leave.
  • Hiring and Management: Hire and train new staff members, and manage their performance to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including ordering, stocktaking, and rostering duties.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Additionally, experience working in a fast-paced bar environment is highly regarded.
  • RSA certification is a must.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals. They will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
