We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an educator in dietetics.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and delivery of nutrition and dietetic education and research at our institution.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging tutorials, lectures, and seminars.
  • Develop and assess course materials, providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Guide students during professional practice placements, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
  • Conduct practice-based research and contribute to the preparation of refereed journal publications and conference papers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the development and delivery of education and research.
About You

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the following areas:

  • Strong knowledge of clinical dietetics, nutrition assessment, and medical nutrition therapy.
  • A high degree of organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to contribute to management of course and program delivery.
  • Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, including resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with online learning and teaching methods in nutrition and dietetic education.
Required Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • PhD or equivalent extensive experience in clinical dietetics.
  • Current Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status.
