Job Opportunity

This is a site-based position for the duration of the project (approximately 13 months). You will work as the commercial lead alongside a Project Manager and have a Cost Accountant underneath to help administer the project.

  • Lead the contractual and commercial management of a high-value project.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to project completion.
  • Manage head contract administration, subcontract procurement, and negotiation.
  • Review, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks.
  • Maintain accurate and timely cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
  • Support the delivery team to meet programme, budget, and quality targets.
  • Provide commercial advice and reporting to the Project Director and senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
