
Retail Business Growth Specialist

A finance professional with a strong background in building relationships and driving sales growth is required to lead our retail finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the agriculture equipment industry and be able to generate interest referral income through proactive prospecting and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales staff and external financial institutions to drive business growth and market services provided by Brandt Finance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share, including identifying potential financing needs for customers and promoting long-term success for Brandt Finance.
- Manage weekly reports to track progress and achieve sales and market share goals, and travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers, gather competitive intelligence, and develop sound relationships with internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the agriculture equipment industry.
- Prior experience in finance or a related field is considered an asset.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
