Job Summary:

Event Service Manager

As an Event Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our event service. This involves managing multiple events and clients during a shift, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional service standards to high-profile corporate clients by collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage multiple events and clients during a shift, ensuring seamless delivery by working closely with a team of Event Supervisors and casual Food and Beverage Attendants.
  • Maintain excellent professional grooming and presentation at all times while performing these responsibilities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to forward plan and prepare for upcoming requirements.
