About the Role

Troocoo, a leading partner in the banking sector, is undergoing a period of transformation. We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Chapter Lead with expertise in values stream delivery models and SAFe environments.

The Delivery Practices team optimizes resources and processes to provide outstanding value to members. Core focus includes supporting change initiatives with frameworks, skilled personnel, and tools, maintaining strong governance and reporting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a structured chapter for Business Analysts, enhancing their skills and capacity to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create and lead a community of practice for Business Analysis, driving improvements in quality, speed, and flow of delivery aligned with portfolio standards.
  • Strategically source talent through collaboration with internal and external partners to fulfill Business Analysis needs for various projects and programs.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for building Business Analysis capabilities, ensuring a formal pathway for identifying and nurturing talent.
  • Monitor adherence to established standards and policies to ensure compliance throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide value-driven leadership and enhance colleague engagement.
About You
  • At least 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or project management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong familiarity with banking and financial services operations is preferred.
  • Experience with lean portfolio management and various delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record in managing substantial portfolios of change initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and business acumen.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
