Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Officer to join our Prep team. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity to support early years learners in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

  • This role will play a key part in supporting administrative and operational needs.
  • You will be responsible for organising documents and correspondence as directed, responding to enquiries and providing basic information as required, and assisting with arranging meetings and other activities or events.
  • You will assist teachers in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences and support students with individual and small group activities.
  • You will help maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment and contribute to the social and emotional wellbeing of students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting administrative tasks including document management and correspondence
  • Responding to enquiries and providing basic information as required
  • Assisting with arranging meetings and other activities or events
  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Required Skills And Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptable, flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
