Job Description

We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired.

You will be responsible for building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
  • Proven experience in being a room leader in a early childhood education setting
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
