Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for established clients with day-to-day issues regarding Class's NowInfinity product.
- Provide software application support and problem resolution within Service Level Agreements.
- Liaise with intermediate/senior customer service consultants to resolve complex customer requests.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer experience regarding the effective use of the Class suite of platforms.
- Assist with knowledge base article development, help documentation, and training materials for new and existing features and/or processes.
- Stay up-to-date with Class platform features and applications in typical business processes through internal and external training, documentation, and resources.
- Raise system issues, enhancement requests, and provide product feedback for review and validation.
