People and Culture Advisor

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for culture and employee relations? We're seeking an experienced advisor to join our people and culture team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role, where no two days are the same. You'll be working closely with managers across multiple regions, providing support and advice on all aspects of people, culture, and safety.

  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Workforce planning and recruitment
  • Advising managers through change and supporting learning and development opportunities
  • Management of information systems, policies, contracts, and workplace health & safety
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A generalist HR knowledge and experience
  • A confident, kind, and empathetic approach to engaging with internal stakeholders
  • The skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables across all facets of people, culture, and safety
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also embracing and enforcing the power of team collaboration
