Job Title: Student Support Specialist
About the Role:
- Provide high-level administration and customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Communicate effectively with a range of people across the school community.
- Work collaboratively and adapt to new, diverse, and challenging circumstances.
- Utilize Microsoft office suite, Cases21 and Compass to manage tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior school leaders on VCE and VM attendance matters.
- Assist distance Ed students with assessment and communication from teachers.
- Coordinate with VVLN students on SAC, tasks, and distribution of reports.
- Collect medical certificates for VCE students and forward them to the attendance officer.
- Manage student program change requests and update OneNote accordingly.
- Contribute to campus travel planning for the logistics officer.
- Liaise with Programme Administrator on enrolment offers and inquiries.
- Support International Student coordinator inquiries.
- Monitor students' exit and record it on OneNote, followed by exit paperwork.
- Offer general support to Junior School (Year 7 to 9) and House Leaders.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing high-level administration and customer service.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to understand perspectives and communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
