Job Opportunity in Hervey Bay

We are seeking Support Workers to join our QLD team in Hervey Bay. As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live independently.

Your duties may include:

  • Personal care: assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)
  • Proof of Vaccination (where required)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Current and satisfactory Federal Police Check, Yellow Card & Blue Card
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
  • Smartphone with internet access
