SalaryAs a Day Surgery Nurse at The Memorial Hospital, you can expect a competitive salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement, with salaries ranging between $45-$75 per hour.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Day Surgery Unit (Adult). As a Day Surgery Nurse, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care to patients undergoing day surgery procedures
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient information
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
- Minimum two years' experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
- Sound knowledge of Day Surgery Nursing standards
