About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our North Management team in Darwin. As a Strata Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes and building strong relationships with clients
  • Facilitating and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other meetings
  • Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
  • Interpreting legislation and assisting in the enforcement of by-laws
  • Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio and account management skills
  • A passion for building relationships and anticipating client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
