**Incident Management Lead Role**

As a seasoned professional in financial operations, you will be tasked with leading the regional incident management process. This involves making swift assessments of potential impact and ensuring that the right teams are tackling issues, with appropriate escalation as needed.

To support this role, you will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple teams, including Business, Operations, Tech, and Compliance. You will also be responsible for setting up processes and governance structures to monitor incident trends and identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or technology support roles within a financial institution. They will be able to deliver results in high-pressure situations with immediate demands, and effectively communicate across multiple teams and locations.
