Project Director for Workday HCM Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the implementation of our Workday HCM solution across multiple geographies.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in delivering end-to-end, complex programs of works with diverse stakeholder groups and tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing effective project management processes and procedures
- Managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in
Requirements:
- Strong track record of success in delivering large-scale projects with complex timelines and budgets
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
