About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work in a dynamic physiotherapy department at a major hospital. The role will be responsible for providing a high-quality women's and men's health physiotherapy service to both inpatients and outpatients.


Key Responsibilities
  • To provide advanced physiotherapy services to women and men with complex health conditions, working in specialized clinics and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • To develop and evaluate physiotherapy services, using advanced practice skills and evidence-based research to inform clinical decision-making.
  • To supervise, teach, and train new graduate and rotational physiotherapists, promoting their professional development and contributing to the team's success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA.
  • Relevant clinical experience, including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of complex physiotherapy caseloads.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervision, teaching, and mentoring staff and students.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement, research, and service development activities.
