About You

We are seeking a skilled professional with a Cert III in engineering and strong project management qualifications. While project management qualifications are ideal, they are not necessary.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and delivering projects on time and within budget. This will involve planning projects, working with a team to undertake tasks, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous client communication and review of tender information
  • Planning trade resources and allocating team members to project-specific tasks
  • Efficient organisation and management of project procurement
  • Conducting site visits on allocated projects
  • Generating production methodologies and documentation
  • Managing project drawing revisions and collaborating with draftspersons on development of workshop detail drawings
  • Preparing and implementing QA documentation for allocated projects
  • Preparing and implementing OH&S documentation for allocated projects
  • Planning allocation of subcontractors to required projects
  • Collaborating with workshop managers and overseeing manufacturing
  • Management of all deliveries for allocated projects
  • Pre-booking vehicles for allocated projects (mobile plant and equipment)
  • Collaboration on project details with site leading hands to ensure comprehensive handover to install teams
  • Managing installations by following QSW installation procedures
  • Liaising daily with install team members
  • Finalising QA and project documentation
  • Incident reporting on allocated projects
  • Project financial management
