Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our centre in Wooloowin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a lead role, working alongside a friendly and like-minded team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating positive learning outcomes for children and families by taking a holistic approach to education. They will engage with the educational program to ensure each child's needs are met, and demonstrate experience in early childhood development and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Quality Framework.

  • Engage with the educational program to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Demonstrate expertise in early childhood development and familiarity with relevant frameworks and standards.

In addition to their teaching qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, as well as relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training, and a valid Blue Card.
