Assistant Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our team and create an outstanding learning environment for children.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has the drive to build and maintain a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood professionals
  • Create and implement educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve centre goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
