Job Opportunity: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and ensure a warm and professional front-desk experience.">
  • Manage and maintain office records and documents accurately and efficiently.">
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure smooth operation of office activities.">
  • Undertake Fire Warden and First Aid training as required and take proactive approach to problem-solving.">
  • Ensure EV vehicle (where available) is serviced and maintained - this may require driving the vehicle to the mechanic.">
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">

  • Valid Driving Licence.">

What We Offer:

This is a part-time opportunity for 30 hours per week, 6 hours per day, with flexible working hours. You will be based at our East Melbourne office and work closely with our Building Manager located at Alexandria Head Office.
