
Administrative Support Position

Key responsibilities for this position include managing the reception area, greeting clients, and handling incoming calls. As a highly organised and administrative professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties Include:
- Reception management including client greetings and phone calls
- Office correspondence management including calendar organisation
- Support to property management and sales teams with administration tasks
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
- Ordering stationery and office supplies as required
Requirements for Success:
