Job Title: Training Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-level administrative services, including word processing, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and assist in organizing training events, including venue selection, equipment, and travel arrangements.
  • Offer project support, coordination, and management of external training events and vendor mobilization to site.
  • Manage financial administration, including POs, credit card reconciliation, budget reconciliation, procurement, and commercial administration.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating LMS processes and policies.
  • Liaise with business areas regarding training queries via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Work with high volumes of workforce mobilization within fast turnaround times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Report effectively to manage compliance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administration or mobilization environment.
  • Resources industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia and residing in Perth.
  • The ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work while staying flexible when priorities shift.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • A self-starter who can work independently while being a supportive team player.
